The beauty of a bullet journal is that it is whatever you want to make it to be. Your journal can be a combination of any of the following: checklists, calendar, planner, brainstorming board, inspiration board, quotes collector, habit tracker, sketchbook, etc. If you want, you can have a whole journal of daily task checklists and you can still call it a bullet journal. The only recommendation I would give you is to number your pages and have a table of contents in the beginning of the journal if you would like to have multiple running/active lists at the same time so you may go back to any specific individual page or list easily.
