'into' shows movement.'towards' shows direction .Both will be accepted. 'Run over' means to meet with an accident. 'Run down' means in a poor or dilapidated condition.

“dispose of”. 'of' is preposition and 'off' is adverb . 'off' is just opposite of 'on' as we use for switch on and off. the phrasal verb is 'dispose of'.
