With so many people out there trying to teach price action Mike actually does it really well and he makes you work for it. He’s very kind to put all this information on KZbin but you still have to make it work for yourself. You gotta put in the time to look at charts and new market replay. You need hours and hours and hours and probably a couple thousand simulated trades to really see what the heck is going on , he’s right up there with Al Brooks

@@atyourbest5385 Rules number 1-10: I listen to no one...Repeat that 10 times. Rules 11-20: I only study the market and use prior price data...Repeat this 10 times. I do not use indicators. The idea that "Random Walk Theory" is reality or fact is a fallacy and it's a theory that one man made up to explain why he can't overcome/beat the market and the proof is in even the name which tellingly uses the word "theory". The use of this word alone means it is not by any means a recognized scientific or provable fact. Those are the rules 1-20; I can not divulge anything more I have already said too much! If anyone else should ask there is nothing more I can or will say.

I’ll say this , I have always believed because I discovered the same as those before me “ The economic Narrative “ - historically true is , patterns are the most powerful symbols found in any financial (regulated) markets. - Why are my entries before yours and my exits after? It’s because pattern trading has always been and seems that may continue to be the best form of trading. It was Robert James Shiller who first published reading material decoding and simplifying “The Narrative of The Financial Markets.” Your narrative is personal to your experiences and his is in general. He wrote that in 2000. It’s all narrative.

@@Solairethedarksoul I took a course from someone else teaching a simplified version of ITC. Though learning from him for over a year I did not even know it was ICT. Instead of 80 models We focus on just three. My teacher trades over 7 million in capital for private investor. Took me a year learning from him to be consistent but I got there. After picking his brain it came out that the root of his strategy is ICT. His own modified/simplified version of it. Naturally I wanted to dig into the source of the material where my teacher learned from. This is how I discovered ICT. It didnt seem complex to me since I had already had a strong grasp of the concepts. It doesn't need to be complex but I agree hes does make it a bit complex. I still love his ,material and hes always dropping little nuggets in his vids my teacher never covered. So its all extra credit for me. I would suggest learning from anyone but ICT at first. Once you get the basics then maybe go back to the source material.
