Please give 10-20 ventilator cases that you handled , from start to finish with all details. Diagnosis, course in hospital , various other comorbid details, medication used etc . Any specific other useful titbits. 15 minutes for each case may be enough.

Sir if we have broncho pulmonary fistula so does it heal as on venti der is always posetive pressure and it doesn't allow it heal I mean the patient who have pneumothorax with icd Could dey allow to remove icd

Depends on lung status , healthy or unhealthy lungs , how much severe is the cause of pneumothorax, traumatic or spontaneous etc … no rule can apply to all .
