Really great video! Im a Cath Lab RN at a STEMI center and this is a very in depth video on ECG interpretation. I think it is also important to note that regardless of the territory involved is activating the STEMI team. This should be done as early as possible to get the gears moving to treat this patient. Especially if you are in EMS and need to determine what hospital to transport to or if you are at a facility that will need to transfer your patient to a STEMI facility. Where I am at our EMS crews can activate a STEMI alert from the field. A video like this one is really great to share with our EMS team. ICU nurses and ED nurses. Great work on putting this together.
