I really want to grow an asparagus bed, but I think my climate is too cold here in Falkland Islands 😕

My wife is Austrian 🇦🇹. Just around the corner from her family home in Austria is an Asparagus farm. Temperatures drop to about -15 degrees in winter. I am not sure about your climate in the Falklands, but it might be worth give it a go?
