I was on the same flight. Someone said that the air compressor failed. So they switched off AC. But the way they treated us was horrible. Children and elders suffered a lot. Anyways all the best for your future endeavours.

Bro nice to hear you landed safely, i faced same issue earlier but what i heard from experts (contacted many known ppl who are part of avigation) what i came to know is until oxygen mask fall things are under there control not out of there hands (but take off and landing are always critical no one can say anything on it). so dont worry these things are very common maybe you have not encountered that's it enjoy your future journey.

A single engine failure and or lost radar contact for a while. The plane started gliding down steadily but established contact with Phuket air control for a emergency landing. They will never announce anything until the plane is landed because their primary duty is to resolve this situation. This is a aviation protocol to avoid panic or unnecessary concern
