@markk27458 ай бұрын
There is a third type of person, ones who don't watch the entire video (Yeah you) and don't have any idea about the local laws. The reason there is no follow up is because this channel is just pumping out videos, not trying to do a full investigation on each video. Generally in any city he obstructed the police by failure to ID as the registered owner of the vehicle had a warrant. The driver tried to be cute or doesn't know how to be civil and simply give it to the officer his ID and only after he wasted everybody's time and was in cuffs he finally gave his ID and then it showed that he had a warrant. At that point the officer probably had (depending on department policy) the ability to arrest or not arrest him for the obstruction charge but sense this wise guy wanted to play games the cop arrested him for obstruction which is probably in his right to do. I really don't understand why you don't understand that this guy said "I'm the registered owner" of the car and that in itself is great evidence for the officer to detail and perhaps arrest him because he then knows his name, and only needed ID to confirm it. Regardless of that failure to ID while operating a motor vehicle is an arrestable offence in almost every city in the country. Your dead wrong if you think the officer "Got in trouble" for this.@@g.d.talbot7600

@tragicsage67338 ай бұрын
No, the cop tried hard to get his ID, he doesn't care whether or not this guy went to jail. In fact, he could easily just ticket and release for "obedience" charge but he's not going to do that. That shows his true colors. The suspect lives in Georgia which has a "Stop and Identify" law. He's fucked. I wouldn't step foot in that state. So he's stupid for that. If he knew the law, he would have moved the f out of Georgia. So glad I live in Texas, unless its a traffic violation or an arrest. You have no legal requirement to identify yourself.
