The victims lived their lives on social media which elevated their risk factors to be victims. It is very possible the killer never knew them in a personal way. He was a research student who had a survey asking how victims were picked. This guy did his homework in every way. He probably thought he would get away with it if he had no direct connection to the victims. He may have accidentally become aware of them. Then zeroed in on them as targets without the victims even realizing they were being stalked like prey.

No murder weapon either. Absolutely hes not documented a thing, talked to anyone, called no one, hes creating his case and don't think for 1 second that he hasn't been sitting there for 46 days putting it together. This may have been his plan. This is going to get interesting.
