Death penalty; and he should have known more about Idaho's penal system: Many criminal attorneys attest to the fact that "most murderous criminals " are leading such inadequate lives, they're not afraid of death by cop nor facing the death penalty; they have no life anyway. CLICK BAIT Psychiatrists . Who cares what a father wears to court, when he might have to go to WORK right afterwards; This psychiatrist seems to care about insignificants, which merit not making an appearance , in a video or a courtroom. Since the father was not the driver, it really should not have been "such" a concern to keep distracting the traffic cop, either. Most parents of most 28 year old's wouldn't bother with being CHAPARONES to their adult/student/son. Most would just come home "on their own" via their own transportation? Had "his plan" been to do this "right before the Thanksgiving Holiday Vacation?" Hard to second-guess ANY father's behavior after putting the clues together to find his OWN SON suspect of anything ?The father was not the driver, and brought more attention to a "problem" other than that of speeding , was being made more apparent by his constant overbearing interruptions to cover his son's answers. Immediate response of knowing about the CAR CLUE and your son's already observed weird behavior is one obvious clue to the father's "nervousness" during the traffic of the DMV Stop. BTW what the father had FLOWN BOTH WAYS, was the father afraid it might have brought more suspicion on to his son? CLICK BAIT needs to consult with a psychiatrist, to confirm what all of the perpetrator's FRIENDS have already confirmed. FOX should not be resorting to C L I C K B A I T Videos, now , should it ? FOX, GET A GRIP. "I Ain't no Middleman" "Man on the Run" "My Dear Lord, Master of the Universe, Grant us more Time" videos by FredGold& LyndaFaye.

Yeah also not guilty by reason of insanity means the accused had a break with reality and didn't know the crime they committed was wrong. BUT he wouldn't have gone to such lengths to hide what he had done if he didn't know breaking into someone's house and harming them was wrong. He KNEW it was wrong and that was why he took precautions to conceal his identity by wearing a mask, wearing surgical gloves, parking away from the house, casing the house for weeks before, switching the license plates etc. He isn't/wasn't insane. But I just KNOW he will drag this out as long as possible. I doubt he will go to trial for several years. He's going to pull a Lori Daybell for sure.

Its so critical that we don’t vilify this family. I really hate to see a family drug into this case. It’s so unfair and cruel to publicly criticize and demean them. They are innocent victims themselves. It’s never fair to judge someone according to the actions of others. I just started learning more details yesterday and two people have stated that the family was extremely well liked and added that encounters with them over the years were always very pleasant and the family was very well mannered and polite. I just hope people will be fair and compassionate to them. They are going through a lot.

I agree with this. All the shootings going on also seem to be connected to young men with mental problems stemming from bullying. I think one of the root causes could be the stigmas that society attaches to others, i.e.; sexuality, race, profession, etc. This country doesn't do enough to stop it. New Zealand actually has laws passed regarding bullying. America needs to get with it.

It definitely doesn't make sense why a 28 year old man's father flies across Country to turn around and drive across the Country? It's also weird that a 28 year old man is driving a car around registered to his Mom (yes the Elantra is in Bryan's Moms name and not his). I don't think that Elantra was ever going to return to Washington with him. What would make sense is him taking an Uber to the airport to fly home to visit his family for the Holidays. I bought my first car when I was 19. Neither of my parents have ever been the registered owners of my vehicles. Sounds overly dependent on his Mom and Dad to me. Time to grow up and be a man....leave the nest.

BTW what the father had FLOWN BOTH WAYS, was the father afraid it might have brought more suspicion on to his son? It is speculation but that's what humans do. We are highly curious so it doesn't surprise me that every detail of his life is being picked apart and it will continue to happen until more details about the motive and evidence are released. I agree 100% that the cross country trip isn't concerning but I do find his demeanor in any photos or video of him to be highly concerning. That doesn't necessarily mean he did it and he is presumed innocent until proven guilty but it still is concerning to me. Detectives have been known to make mistakes and arrest the wrong individual but I think they are fairly confident they have the right guy in this case. This is one trial I will be following to see what evidence is presented. I highly doubt that the video of the traffic stop will be used as evidence. 😏

@@AntoinMhicArtain I think the son manipulated the dad into doing the road trip as a 'nice' father and son time where they could bond. The son's whole motivation was probably to avoid flying and finding out he was on the no-fly list and dumping his car at his parents house or selling it altogether in PA. Parents generally can't see their children being evil killers so even if the dad knew the car the killer used was the same model and color as his son, he was delusional enough to think his son had no involvement.

Since the father was not the driver, it really should not have been "such" a concern to keep distracting the traffic cop, either. Most parents of most 28 year old's wouldn't bother with being CHAPARONES to their adult/student/son. Most would just come home "on their own" via their own transportation?
