I love potato harvests. I will be growing Huckleberry Gold next year. My son in law is newly diagnosed as a diabetic, and Huckleberry Gold is supposed to be low on the glycemic index. I figured he would appreciate a treat at the holidays without having to worry too much about his blood sugar spiking.

Great harvesting, I had a huckleberry gold that weighed 1 lb that s the biggest potato I have grown since I grew it in a grow bag as I don’t have ground to plant in.
