@@CourtTV I think every piece of journalism I’ve seen lately on mainstream has a vile way of manipulating the narrative. Howard Blum and Nancy Grace need to be sued for defamation if he is found innocent or a mistrial takes place. Not one fact came out of that woman’s mouth. It’s almost as if she hasn’t watched any of the hearings or understood the terms. The things the detectives said or not said on the stand, and the little bit that The State has admitted and put forward have fallen on deaf ears. It’s selective hearing and understanding, and blind trust in the system. It’s very scary the way our justice system is handling this case. Personally speaking, if he is guilty, he wasn’t alone. If they convict him based on what we DO have, the itty bitty DNA speck they literally scrubbed for…then I’m very concerned for our rights as citizens. As should everyone else be. This type of minuscule DNA has been shown as irrelevant in court countless times. I just don’t think it’s enough. There will have to be major evidence that just blows the case out of the water come trial.

@@CourtTV People need to wake up and just keep their eyes on this until it’s over. If they only put him away this whole thing is bullshit. Unless the cops have another person or people to blame they don’t have enough to even have him there currently. The amount of “I don’t knows” and “I can’t remembers” from the lead detective when on the stand should’ve said enough. Ann Taylor literally asked Payne if there is any other video or photo surveillance, (besides the gas station footage that can’t be found now) of her clients car anywhere close to 1122 and he said “no”….the woman said “ok thank you very much” and sat the hell down. That should have been a mic drop heard around the US.

Finally, a court date has been set. June 2025. 8 weeks of trial. Whether that stays the same, or not, is yet to be seen. They're still trying for change of venue. As much as this judge appears to enjoy the spotlight, I find myself wondering if they are going to allow cameras in the court room.

For anyone that has not read Howard Blum's new book, When Night Comes Falling, and you have followed this case and seek Justice for these murder victims and their families . . . . READ THIS BOOK! When I first heard about the book I cringed!! Like most of you, thinking, a book already, and trial a year away! Then, I say Nancy Grace do a review of it, investigated the book further, and I made the decision to buy and read it. No regrets!! WOW . . . will give you so much more detail than is already known. My brother was murdered at age 26, case shoved under the rug due to nasty small-town politicians and law enforcement. Anyway, best price unfortunately at Amazon for $23. Worth the $$

Remember that all of these short Zoom hearings happened for Lori Vallow and Chad Daybell during covid and after. Then in person too. That is how the system works. Since the evidence has not all been turned over yet, no one can predict exactly how long it will take to sort through it all and what additional work a mitigation expert may need to conduct. @@justnoted2995 you SAY im dead wrong when clearly you havent put it together, the evidence that we heard does not lead to BK conviction nor does it clearly show he did the crime. the only thing that links BK to the crime is the knife sheath with touch DNA, which doesnt mean a whole lot, Because Touch DNA isnt 100% proof of Guilt, and A white Elantre that was circling around the house at 4 am. i dont know if you ever deliver food before, but if you cant find the Residence youll find yourself circling around trying to find the house, which makes me believe that was the door dash delivery, its hard to believe one man can break in the house kill 4 college students and not one person will know about it, considering there was parties and the cops was around the nieghborhood at the time, this was a group of ppl who did the crime who is close to the students involved and had gone to that college, they wanted to get someone who isnt affiliated with the college just to keep the parents and students happy, while also appealing for new students coming in, by them tearing down the house shows how badly they wanted to cover this up, banking on them having the guy in Jail, something they will need to prove alot more in the trail, for now IMO they got the wrong guy, now i am hearing it wasnt a white Elantre, it was a white sedan, they got alot of holes in the case to prove BK's guilt, with a gag order and them in hearings of discovery also shows red flags in the investigation, 2 yrs since the murders and we keep hearing about motions to compell wonder why is that???
