We happened to taste the Dosae made from the batter of IDDALIGE It was awesome.
After testing such a soft and unique Dosae I immediately got in touch with Mr Srinidhi and showed my intention of making this video.
tThere is a story of Mr Srinidhi who worked in Madhya Pradesh Forest area and happened to invent this formula of the batter.
