Hi . Sir . One advice , u can prepare red chill chutney add garlic , tamarind , red chillies dissolved in hot water & salt . Spread this chutney first on the dosa & then another coconut , onion chutney , then only aloo palya . Apply ghee on top . That is perfect yummy 😢Masala Dosai .
