If you guys were having trouble keeping the little pastas separated while you store them, try dusting them with a rice flour when you put them in a box and shake them around to fully coat them. The thicker grains will keep the shells separated! It’s especially useful with fettuccini or spaghetti that tends to meld back into a dough ball.
