Try using a tray with less thermal conductivity for the cookies and the bottoms will cook more evenly with the tops. Aluminum conducts heat really well, stainless steel less so, and glass even less. If the tops are cooking faster than the bottoms you can cover the whole tray with foil and it will prevent the top from burning. Good luck with your next batch!

Y’all should try the auto sensor spray to keep the cats off the counter. It would only take a month or two for them to get used to it and stop going on the counter. It’s important to keep it consistent with something like that so they can be trained off the the counter. Since it’s not you doing the spraying it will also not hurt your relationship with them. It works welll for me and I stopped using it once the cat is trained.

Just a little baking hack. My Mom and I used to bake 100's of cookies every Christmas. One year we bought some baking stones from Pampered Chef that year and when it came time to bake the store bought cookie dough ones. The ones bake on the baking stones tasted 10 times better than the ones on regular baking sheets. I don't know the science behind it but it has worked every year since. Loving you doing vlogmas!

DRINK SUGGESTION Grande matcha latte. Add 1 pump peppermint. I normally recommend whole milk but I’ve been watching Kelsey for 3 years so…. soy milk is a good second choice. Just make sure it’s one of those.
