Thank you so much for this video. May I ask --> is there an ideal temperature setting for this work? - or at least a temperature that should not be exceeded to avoid damage to cpu, other components and the board? (I have a decent commercial grade soldering iron with settable temp). Thank you

Use 250c heat for removing black and white paste , use 350c heat for removing and installing cpu and ic , use 250c heat for Reballing cpu and ic

Man könnte die Peripherie mit Kaptonband abkleben. Das ist hitzebeständiges Klebeband und verhindert das Wegfliegen kleinster Teile aus der unmittelbaren Umgebung des verlöteten Schaltkreises.
