1. Review what you're doing, what works and what doesn't. 2. Realign. How do we realign to the mission, retweak for things that work. 3. Refresh. Paint spaces, put kids in leadership positions, allow them to lead parts of youth group or even Sunday morning. Jesus is praying for us thay we would be ONE. Work with other youth ministers in your area.

We'll look if u take a cub scout girl scout books diy Martial arts hand made crafts small engine repair education them with hands on materials I was top cub scout teaching the others boy scout and Young Marines and raised bye military u all forgot the simple life and robed from the church's that's dirty I am not saying u guys but others have when u don't give back to your community your nothing
