Woah!! this is so gorgeous Christine, really enjoyed watching you geeking out! We call them bracket fungus here. so many interesting textures you've created, love how you're combining felting and stitcching and making clever use of recycled and vintage pieces. Brilliant and inspiring as always :) xo

Oh, Christine! This is superb! Stitching at it's finest! I've never seen this style of stitching until you started showing us. I have to say... you, my dear, are a very fast learner! I think the cover is the place of honor to this beauty. TFS 😊

As you know, I love the texture pieces. Love that you flipped it around and it does work better. I love the things you come up with to use. I love my floor model phone stand. I can place it and it stays, I can move it, or I zoom the camera screen in and out. It stays put! If you want a link, let me know.

Beautiful! I’m glad you’ve returned your the mossy natural style. It’s just gorgeous. The knotty bits and the dew drops looks wonderful Odd question- could you use some bits of actual twig in the piece? I was just wondering if:how that could work! (Yet more musing… 😂) Have you ever looked up the work of Beatrix Potter? Her illustrations (and knowledge!) about fungi and all things natural might be of great interest to you.

Thanks so much - I do love nature’s textures. Funny you mention twigs as I have a vase of them in my craft room awaiting a fibre project 🤗 and wonderful suggestion regarding a Beatrix Potter. There’s also a textile and fibre artist called Annemieke Mein who exhibited recently that you may like to look up. Cheers, Christine
