Yesss people seem to forget about this!!! He literally started with hip hop in middle school and only learned contemporary for half of his high school, and yes he's really gifted at that style it fitted perfectly with his movements, but he has more training on hip hop rather than contemporary

@@lal4mm indeed, he danced popping way longer than contemporary, its just that contemporary has a very strict and distinct dance discipline which is different to hiphop/street so jimin have to retrain himself to hiphop when he became a trainee in BH. Jhope did hiphop training as well as he's specialty post BH was hiphop subgenre boogaloo.

Whenever I watch Save Me, I am reminded how damn good Jin is in this video. The chore for SM suits Jin and RM best. Their broad shoulders and long legs are made for this performance. Jin absolutely shines here. I feel he is so underrated by You Tubers and reactioners who only focus on how he picked up dancing and singing late and then dismiss him. But if you actually watch him, he is a brilliant performer. Save Me and Fire are when he started to get focus. When you see him in the videos and dance practices, you can see how his shoulders and long legs along with his charisma are standouts. No shade to the others especially the dance line. They are excellent too.

I will be the first to admit that BTS is not at all what I was expecting. I had no idea their choreography would be so cool & that they’d be so good at dancing. I also had no idea they had any style of music other than pop music. I think my head almost exploded when I first found out that almost half of them are rappers. I was also surprised to hear RM speaking fluent English. I feel bad for ever having stereotyped them, but I can at least say that I never thought _negatively_ of them (or of ARMYs). I just didn’t think their music would appeal to me. I had known of them for probably about 3-4 years before I ever took a second to pay attention. I was an ARMY about a week after that.

Fire and Save Me are in my top 5. Fire choreo is my favorite! So happy they got to see these dances and hear these songs! Please more dance practices. To get them deeper into BTS art, beyond the dance, how about doing one video where the lyrics and the story behind a song is explained? Maybe Blood Swear and Tears? I think those videos are so impactful and make the viewer appreciate the depth of their art on a whole new level. That’s what got me to continue focusing on them. Once I found out they base their work in the likes of Herman Hesse and Carl Jung I was hooked. Pop lyrics these days are so shallow and one-note and these guys are like in a different universe. New subscriber here! JHope caught my attention first, from a carpool karaoke video, which was my introduction to BTS just 3 years ago. I’m a senior citizen, yet a baby ARMY! I have devoured their content and I enjoy all of their solo stuff since their military service. But all 7 together are perfection! As far as dancing, it’s always jhope and Jimin, for me… but jkook is great. They’re all great. Good for YOU! - I really liked your friends' thoughtful and engaged responses. It's hard, though, to really get across to new people just how deep and broad BTS' talents and skills run. It was important, I think, to let them know that BTS do everything they do in dance practice, live on stage, and sing live, to the same standard as they are seeing on the screen. If they really think about this, ... it IS mind-blowing. When they realise that this is common across KPop, and it's not just common, it is a basic requirement for groups to even get a chance to perform, and if they don't excel at flawless live performance, they will fail within weeks, when America realises this, artists will tremble.

I guess everyone has their own way of feeling... but V's dance is different from others. It's a different way of listening to sound. Even though she doesn't do anything remarkable, she has a sophisticated way of gesturing and feeling. I think it's an austere dance.

V is a great dancer too but Jimin is objectively better. You can prefer someone else’s dancing while still acknowledging someone is better.

The choreographers for Fire were Keone Madrid and Vinh Nguyen. Amazing dancers! I’m a BIG Kinjaz fan so when I found this out I was pleasantly surprised. I remember watching videos of Keone/Vinh talking about how they record the dances and then BTS learns the choreography from those videos. That is insane because everyone’s interpretation of dance movements is so different. They have to skillfully work together to execute the performance. Not necessarily my opinion, but not everyone in BTS is a dancer. They have said it themselves and you really cannot even tell that because they all work hard and they know how to work their angles.

🙋🏻‍♀️ from 🇺🇸 Silver Army here 👵🏼 I watch a lot of reaction videos mainly because they mirror many of my own reactions and I take great pleasure to see the oooh's and aaah's . What I enjoy most in your videos is that you actively share them with people who have not experienced the BTS phenomenon. I myself as a 77 year old who discovered them 5 or 6 years ago have a hard time convincing my family that I am of sound mind🤷🏻‍♀️ I have 3 grown children and only my youngest at 39 loves my enthusiasm and joy for BTS often watching some of their performances with me when she visits. Unfortunately the other two roll their eyes, I can only say they are missing out on new experiences. So good job👍 for sharing . By the way your girlfriend or wife is beautiful and has a great smile. 💜

this was an excellent video. i loved the way you guys talked about BTS and emphasized all their charming points aka the reason WHY they are the biggest act on the planet right now. this was a very interesting and unique reaction that i very much enjoyed watching. especially loved the dancer girl's commentary! she is incredibly well spoken with her experience in dance and so her insight on BTS's dance skills was very thoughtful and interesting to listen to. love that you're taking the initiative to help others fall down the rabbit hole; it also nicely brushes my army ego LOL. looking forward to more videos like this!
