The bird is a Poor Whill or a whip or Whill. The Racket may be deer or something licking or smelling camera. I think I heard a dog bark too.

Sounds like a small animal scratching the tree itself or the camera but out of sight....the deer nuzzling the camera later makes a similar sound. Also, there's a "poorwill" or Whip-er-will calling in the background at the same time...just briefly...

Northern Saw-whet Owl is the nocturnal bird we are hearing. The scratching and bumps could be the weather. Lastly, possible bleat could be the deer. A off camera coon could be in the mix as well. Thanks for posting.
