To measure the wattage of the LED, you will need to calculate it using the formula P = V x I, where P is power in watts, V is voltage, and I is current.
Now, to find a driver that matches with the LED's MCPCB, you will need to check the specifications of both. Ensure that the driver's voltage and current ratings match or exceed those of the MCPCB.

Sir, your light is a surface mount light. In any concealed light or panel light, an LED of 0.1w, 0.15w, 0.2w, 0.30w and 0.5w is used. So in your case, your LED is a 0.15 watt LED, so it is a 15 watt LED in total. Yes, but all LEDs are of 3 volts. In these lights, the voltage remains the same but the wattage reduces, so the current increases for High britness. W=V*I

Please upload few videos of "How to replace two three leds which are burnt or having black spot on the plate" for this fuse leds sometimes full plate doesn't glow or partly glows. Without replacing full plate how to fix new leds on that plate, by applying heat.
