This share mirrored exactly the belief I identified with. Growing up with 14 siblings, 7 older 7 younger I just recalled the exact moment when I gave belief to the message, "there's no room for me" and Rupert in connection to this open and trusting woman somehow erased this belief from my mind. Gracious Gratitude.

I absolutely agree with this. I've been on the spiritual path for the past 5 /6 years. I've come across so many teachings and then about a year ago Rupert's. On one level I understand all these things but find it difficult to break free of the programming. Or maybe alchemizing. I'm not where I was, but not where I'd like to be. I've been by myself now for almost 4 years and I don't say I'm lonely just alone. But I have so much love to express and I do feel I want to be with someone so maybe I am lonely. Everybody always says the love is right here but why do I want so bad to share it with someone?? I'm so much better at giving love than feeling the love that's right here

Thank you! We are living in psychanalytical paradigm and beleiving that if we can articulate our feeling, unconscious condintions the articulation can liberate us from our inner anxiety. The art of articulation is a temporary calm, but not liberation. Yes, psychoanalytic work should be experiential and ideally happens in a profound therapeutic relationship, potentially clearing the ground for direct experience of being. "I can't walk away froom that" "Sometimes this leaves very little room for me." Maybe the experiences she is having with others sharing their vulnerability and her not feeling any room left for her is showing her that she needs to set some boundaries with how much of herself she gives to others. How much love is she giving to herself? Sometimes the vulnerability is in just saying, no, not today and taking time to fill up her own cup so to speak. To add to that, I'm not sure if the work she is referreing to is an actual job, or the work she is doing. Maybe she just needs some time out.

May I suggest that this lady is expressing what MANY women express to Rupert…the Feeling of Sacred Loneliness. And this cry for assistance is always misunderstood. And women are put round the washing machine again to go look for their lack. It’s not Loneliness from lack. It’s not even a sense of Aloneness. It is, the fact that many women are Alone with the Alone and there’s no men of their generation who are there to the same degree EMBODYING it to match them! This is not wrong, or lacking in the woman’s part. She actually explicitly made reference to IF there is anyone there to listen and IF they are open enough. She also explicitly means a partner because she says she can be open with friends. *The problem is not that HER heart is guarded and closed, it’s that the MALE’S heart is guarded and closed due to his unresolved trauma or conditioning. !* For women in their 30s and 40s, there are generally not men on women’s wavelength with this understanding who are LIVING EMBODYING it, unless we look for men 20-25 years older than ourselves, in their 60s or 70s?! And even then it is touch and go whether they embody it or just merely intellectualise it. They may THINK they are embodying it, but I have found there is still a sense of hierarchy there operating behind the scenes. And the women have to do all the leg work. All the growth is thrown back to the women to do. No. For women in our 30s and 40s there tends to be no men for us, because men are generally speaking, slower at returning from their conditioning as males, or rather that there is MUCH greater conditioning of males in our society still today (the limitation of the male mind begins as babies and toddlers in every aspect of life and so is felt as ‘the norm’ before even the memory develops - I have a young son and have battled hard against this) and so it takes longer for them first to even RECOGNISE and then later, to peel back the layers. No judgement of males intended; just an observation at the relative level. There are SO many women crying this same cry. Rupert does not hear this cry from Sacred Loneliness. Why? I would guess because as a male, he simply has not experienced it? Not his fault UNTIL he becomes aware of it…There are ample females around with this understanding so males would never get this sentiment! Many aspects of suffering in this life as a woman puts women right there beyond the sense of separate self. A perverse but Divine gift… Suffering as a woman = easier access to Freedom. Every woman certainly who has given birth has absolutely gone beyond the sense of separation EMBODIED IT AND I can assure you, remembers it!! That is not the only exclusive way of course, but it’s a common way to many women. There are aspects of our cultural female and male conditioning which EVEN AS spiritual teachers STILL colour our Understanding. Women questioners today need a female guru to balance out this conditioning and simply go beyond the areas which men do not experience, but most of what is on offer out there in the spiritual teaching world is the still male conditioned mind. *Women crave ‘male equals’ to live their life with, embodying and living this Understanding. I mean those who can actually walk their talk beyond the intellectualism. Those who can meet us in the middle. And I mean bang down the middle. Not a wee shuffle to the left or right…I mean absolutely down the Middle Way. In compromise. In Oneness. And this takes COURAGE.* I do however, agree with what Rupert says about letting go of outdated limiting beliefs and chanting limiting mantras. But he usually misses this growing number of women crying out saying ‘no hang on, there’s nothing wrong with me, the woman here. It is normal to want human connection in this life. It is not the woman’s fault that she is Alone. But rather men, who need to step up and walk their talk’. This is the message coming thick and fast from women in our era. I repeat again: not women’s problem fundamentally. And not women who have to do the work. God is turning up the volume… Many men have intellectually become aware of the nature of true self. But are still far away from embodying it. Rupert, if you’re looking for a new project to transform the world, how about a Non Duality Dating App? In all absolute seriousness, us women NEED a place where we can find men who LIVE this understanding on our embodied level. Women are ahead. Sent with all well meaning and Love to both women and men, and anyone ‘in between’!! Amen. ❤🙏🏽❤️

@@belight44 Thank you...been sitting on that one for far too long listening to women being put round the spiritual washing machine and being told to 'look again and go and do more work' again by a male spiritual teacher. No offence to Rupert directly - "None of us can know what we don't know", even spiritual teachers, and nobody will ever learn if no one shines a light on it! Women swallow this guidance, because most of us are sadly also conditioned that 'men always know better'. Lifelong conditioning. That, in itself, is rarely true (in any area of life PURELY because of this very aspect of Embodiment being predominantly lacking in males - mostly men are only a 50% baked cookie with only the logic in place). I say all of this ABSOLUTELY to help ALL MEN TOO. I do not take sides. I merely raise Awareness of conditioned behaviour FOR ALL. Om shanti . . .

Centeredness is your natural state. It’s how the brain is “ supposed” to function. Too much left, and you get too much detail, analysis, separation. Too much right, and you get too much oneness, love, peace, bliss. Either way, too much left or too much right and you miss the complete picture which is true wholeness. True non judgement. Correct vision and action. It’s really that simple. Look at humans socially overall. Completely divided left from right. Centered vision and thought as rare as Jesus. You cannot deny this reality for we live it in every moment. It’s why you are here watching this channel. “Center Yourself” the voiceless voice once told me. It then all made sense.

SHE doesn't have a problem opening up. The men she meets, do. And that's why she feels lonely. *People can have a difficulty in life without it being their 'fault'! There are societal immaturity norms and problems! Many times, Rupert has a go at nailing 'her problem'. He doesn't nail the first one about opening up, because she corrects him on every attempt. "No I'm not this what you're trying to say I am", "No I'm not that either...". VULNERABILITY and HONESTY is what is being shown *to the teacher* here...

@@AlisonSalter-o9m But she claims that she has a problem opening up with her feelings. And I say she doesn't have a problem opening up at all because she is there at the congregation discussing it all and opening up. Of course nothing is anyone's fault because someone doesn't know any better until they do and when they do, they should not be the ones saying there is societal immaturity. All she is doing there is trying to create a reaction and power play. In fact she and the so called teacher are in a power play. If she thinks the men she meets have a problem opening up, well that means she wants something from them that they are not prepared to give. The norm situation is we all have a few problems that we can live with but she has the abnormal many problems that requires knowing what peoples problems are as a solution for at least one of her many problems. Basically, she cant find a solution for herself without knowing what your problem is. In my view.
