The secret area that leads to the disco room also skips camp 3 if you go right and exit out the other wall

the two digits that start with 3 are the two numbers you look at. 30-39 in Hex is 0-9. the first digit beginning with 3 is the number you need to replace. For example, if you look at it and the two numbers are 35 and 33 you need to replace 5 with 3 in the code above the encoded message
