Love this episode. You can kinda feel bad for for the vic seeing how he lost his job and all, but stealing the identity of an old man, a WW2 veteran? Come on. And i get why Lonnie Jackson did what he did. He was embarrassed.

Yeah what the vic did was disgusting,but I can understand why he did what we did , he lost his job , and presumably couldn't get another one , if he told his wife he lost job , that means they have to downsize their house, pull kids out of the private school, and lose the lifestyle they have become accustomed to ,which is why he was so desperate, but that doesn't him any less disgusting, it sucks even more to be his wife considering she nows has no money to support herself or her children, and its likely the son of the man who murdered who might end sueing her because she is living on stolen money

Instead of admitting he lost his job and having his kids go to public school he dies as a criminal and leaves his family in a position with stolen money by a criminal act and his death was a direct cause of his crime. . . .his family, his kids, her family will remember he went out as a criminal taking advantage of an old man and a veteran and screwed his family over even harder than he probably ever thought about. Instead of just admitting a job loss they now live with the shame of what he did. Was it worth not admitting a job loss?

I remember this episode. I have to give the old man credit on how methodical he was in trying to find the guy who stole his identity. I also seem to recall he blamed his son in part for not being there for him more. Especially when he needed his son's help the most.

Ive watched LAO for at least 4 times now and This episode I remember rmuch, He stole the old man's house via the internet which his ungrateful son gave him a computer which the old man gave sensitive info , He killed the man not because he stole his house per se its because he stole who he is . and still remember a funny scene where the son hired Shamballa Greene as his father lawyer but his father didnst accepts and told them He didnt need her next wife's help.

I know the comments on these clips tend to lean towards the negative because this is an intense show, but at 9:06 I was pleasantly surprise that I recognized the lawyers voice as the narrator of the movie Babe. 🙂

I love how she walks into the room, turns around, calls out his name and then just screams instead of checking on him to see if there was any kind of pulse. At that point, he could have been mostly dead and not all dead but if was all dead then she should have gone through his clothes and looked for loose change.

We only see a few seconds. She's obviously panicked about finding her husband on the floor with a gun shot to the chest, so it's totally reasonable that she doesn't immediately go in to paramedic mode.
