Summaries of the Video: -Donnot hide from the survivor -Don't use Restraint Persona -You will get expose by certain survivor (also failed calibration cipher) -Focus on your 1st survivor except Mercenary -Cipher can be done in 3 - 4 minutes -Its ok to change target and try to defend the cipher -Look for shaking Cipher while in Recovery/Balloon animation -Choose a right chair (depends on the situation you have) -Never face camp. Your goal is to hit the nearest survivor (Rescuer) -Camp closely if the survivor is almost eliminated (only applies to a double hit hunter) -Don't too much rely on Terror Shock -Be careful with Prisoner and Mechanic because the CAN make fake cipher -Try to double hit the rescuer if possible -After eliminating your 1st survivor, your next goal is to defend the cipher and injured them all

This is So helpful holy shit I know the cipher stuff etc but the mindset you bring up is something i havent seen ANYWHERE else but it really makes sense I always feel trapped when the first survivor is dead as I have to find a new target but the whole ’focus more on disrupting the decoding’ is a far better playstyle and Im really thankful you brought that up, cus again, most people just say ”Disrupt decoding, place near ciphers” etc etc So, please- let me give you a nontoxic Thank you! I must live up to the name of NoCamper 😁 Nonetheless, still great to see a high tier Hunter acknowledging these points. If I may offer more math (yay) Pre-accelerated decoding: Cipher completion takes 77s Accelerated decoding: Cipher completion takes 60s Self heal: 30s Teammate heal (from both down and injured): 15s Open Gate time: 18s Struggle of out balloon: 16s, or "struggled" for 5 times. I really am glad you made this guide. I've faced lots of doubts simply because of my tier is not high. But seeing that we have lots in common, reassures me of my observations and findings. See ya!

Regarding dreamwitch, the reason why dreamwitch can't "jumpscare" a survivor is not because of the "6th sense". It is because although the main body cannot be seen by the survivor, the dreamwitch status will appear on the screen (top left corner) of the survivor when the main body is near the survivor. This is why the main body can't never hide its presence near the survivor, even though survivors can't see it.

I made this tutorial before dream witch got the nerf. so the survicor didn't get the Yidhra's symbol when the main body was close to them. and high tier survivors mostly knew the direction of the follower's arrival

nice guide but if ur playing ember or bane or clown, focus on tunnelling even after killing the 1st surv (only exception being one cipher remaining) bcoz otherwise you'll lose the game and another thing to keep in mind is that u shud never aim for a win. always have a tie mindset. only if u secure a tie is when u shud aim for a win

Great video! I just want to add something up. Not everyone can see shaking cipher. I always get this advice, but from season 1, I never use this kind of thing (cause I can't see the subtle differences). For the face camp part, hunters with delaying ability like WuChang/Ann/BonBon can be used to apply pressure until the rescue is late. So, its not about double hit or terror shock, but also psychological battle.

For strong campers like Bonbon or Sculptor, you can do face camping or it's also better to camping like you show ? Also your guide is very helpful thank u ! There are more survivors guide than hunters

I heard bonbon is getting nerfed soon. So it might be difficult to do a face camp for any type of hunter (except for the mad eyes). It looks like dev really doesn't like face camp. They nerfed the hunters and also removed the animation of survivors being hit so they could rescue immediately

The merc one depends on the hunter and team, if you are using a 25% damage hunter (galetea, bon bon and photoboi) is an easy kill, normally mercs don't have a good kite. Or if in the team there isn't a heal booster (doctor and pries) is good to down him down and change target, i always do it ;^;

That's the reason why I said don't chase him because of his "steel will" skill because even though he can be chased and you can put him down. You can't put him on the chair because he has hit delay and 30% longer on the chair. If you leave him after he is hit, it will only waste your time (unless you have teleport) as mercenary will heal quickly with their personas. Remember, time is ticking. You only have 3-4 minutes per game

As feaster I can double hit him easily but with his "steel will" God damn how many seconds are wasted. Plus if you're chasing the mercenary and the forward is supporting him. You will see a real nightmare

Also camp or target the decoder, that will hurt the cipher progress, most pros will try to rescue the decoder because they were really important and powerful char, because the main goal of the survivor is escape and needs ciphers to escape.

Hm sometimes they leave the decoder (especially TME) if he/she down too fast. They knew that TME isn't going anywhere if she's down too early, she couldn't escape the hunter. But it also depends on what hunter they're facing no matter who you catch. cipher rush will always be fast

You can hear from which direction the sound of the cane beats. The 3D sound will be clearer if you're using earphones 🎧

@@Bleber I use razor air pods lol I can hear it but most survivor are good at rotating I start hunting when one cipher pops as a Joseph I focus on getting full presence early game and then I start hunting since I already injured all of them in camera world it also depends on map and spawn points

Even in higher tiers i tend to forget about the importance of where you chair your target unless i’m playing burke and i’m looking for a chair near a console i can use. It really does make a difference when i try to chair someone randomly or when i do so either extremely far or close to someone else. Thanks for the tips!

Yes, there's no reason for BQ to use that persona because even the strongest hunters for jumpscare (DW and Wu Chang) aren't very effective for stealth. You can imagine they are going to the survivor without a heartbeat, but somehow the survivor knows that the hunter will come to them

You can save matches after the match is over if you turn on a setting -- it'll let you have the option in the top left corner of your screen in post-match. Then you can just record the recording.

Is it advisable to do the no face camp advice with the violinist? I usually hunt the first one pretty fast but I still finish the first 3 machines very fast and I want to make the most of the violinist (I'm Crocodile 4 and Griffin 2 so I don't have much experience as a hunter)

Face camp as a violinist won't work because once you make string music, there is a delay animation. So you won't be able to do a double hit if you are in front of the chair. But if there's a little distance, then it's possible to do a double hit

0:19 That's the reason I made the announcement at the beginning of the video. Most of these tips only apply to general hunters, not specific hunters. Even the calculation of the cipher pop in 3-4 minutes does not apply to Joseph. But there are some tips from this video that you can take for Joseph. Such as : Choosing a chair placement looking at the wiggling cipher when you have a balloon, chair, and attack recovery animation Don't try to jumpscare (I think Joseph is better to focus on the photo world rather than trying to do a jumpscare, especially in early game)
