@@cari6614 yeah, Idina seems to have a hard time making mistakes while singing. A bad note makes get angry and then nervous and then she starts cracking a lot. In a lot of her Defying Gravity recordings, it happens that she breaks the acting for a sec while failing a note. And she seems very nervous in in most of them too. Unsurprisingly, her best performance (which was in London btw) was the one where she was the most calm. She took her time and nailed it

It was mostly a joke born out of how self conscious she’d been feeling at the time. She went from being cast as a 20 something to being an actual mom and being cast as a mom pretty much overnight. Having a baby tends to make a lot of women self conscious.
