In fairness, aside from the gloves, Elsa wasn't in any of the scenes where those things were mentioned, and the age wasn't specifically stated in the movie. Olaf only gave Marshmallow his name as a joke in passing. Technically, she starred as Elsa four times, if you count Frozen Fever and Olaf's Frozen Adventure. She also made a guest appearance in Ralph Breaks the Internet and cameo'ed in Kingdom Hearts III

Elsa couldn't have been 21 at her coronation. in the previous screen she was 6, and when they opened the all the windows and door again for the "First time in forever" it was thirteen years later one of the villagers said, So Elsa would have been nineteen, not twenty one, and Anna would have been sixteen, because she and Elsa were three years apart in age.

Actually, Elsa was 8 at the very beginning of the movie, but there are two time skips in the movie during the song “Do You Wanna Build a Snowman?”: during the second verse of the song, we see Elsa at the age of 12, and later near the end of the song, as she is saying goodbye to her parents before they set sail on their fateful (and later mourning their deaths in her room) we see that she is 18. Her coronation is stated to take place 3 years later, therefore stating that she is 21 during the main events of the movie.
