Idiopathic Orbital Inflammatory Syndrome (Orbital Pseudotumor)

Been diagnosed with orbital myositis 17 yrs ago and been treated with steroids..But the years in between is such a struggle. It comes and go and ever since my vision and eyes are not that perfect anymore.Nov last year it struck again and get even worst ths time..My left eye can't even see.So my doc gave me a high dosage of steroid and hoping and praying fr the best . IN truth havibg orbital myositis is so painful😢

Can you please help me, i’v been suffering for almost 3years. I take me steroids for almost 6months but after a year the swelling returned. I been done in my 2 MRI. but there is still no proper treatment.

Was told years ago I have this but I have a question? Last night I felt a pop in my sinus and then felt lots of fluid running down my throat I turned over and the blood just poured out my nose would that have anything to do with the Pseudotumor ? This isn't the first time this has happened to me it happened 2 other times with a pop feeling in there then very bad bloody nose ...
