Hi Callum! I have to agree bus drivers are the worst at customer service... I had this bus driver that was mumbling when I was asking questions and he was shaking and rolling his eyes at me and then slams down my change! I work in retail and have to deal with customers too but would never treat one with such disrespect. Bus drivers should be more polite!

Bus drivers need the change so by her giving a £20 note i dont blame him for being pissed off. But about the buggy, the legal limit is about 3 but it's about the amount of ROOM there is. If theres enough room then ur allowed to get on, theres no rule against that.

Remember when I got on the Arriva bus at my local area one morning for college, I usually buy a day pass for £5 as I take 4 buses a day as it's cheaper, but I payed my £5 for a day ticket and I went to sit down and the driver called me up and pointed to the day ticket then seeing it as £5.20 trying to convince him to let me off the 20p but nope. Had to get off, walk all the way back home to get 20p wait for another then missing my English exam. #FuckArriva
