People get HIPPA laws wrong all the time. It applies to medical professionals, medical companies, insurance and third party companies contracted with the medical companies and their handling of private, protected health information of patients. It literally has nothing to do with things that happen in public or with non medical entities. For example, if I know my friend had surgery, cuz they told me, I can share that information with anyone I want, anywhere I want. If i know my friend had surgery cuz I was the nurse taking care of them in the hospital, then I can't even tell our other friend how the friend that had surgery is doing.

I've seen lots of these videos and I rarely see anyone comment on why these people go out of their way to cause trouble. The police have more important things to do with their time then deal with groups of people and organizations who's sole agenda is to cause trouble and file lawsuits. Instead of trying to get money from a lawsuit maybe try getting a job and contribute to society.
