17:16 Cop was running that red light too, but pulls over the person that ran their red block him running his red first. You can tell this by the car starting to enter intersection from left of screen obviously has green.

Word of advice to any and all drivers in the state of Louisiana... if you're thinking about excelerating to get through an intersection while the light is yellow, that's against the law. If there's any law enforcement officer that sees you do so, you will be cited for running a red light as that is a traffic infraction!!! The same is true of stopping on or passing the line of stop,a citation will be in violation of a traffic infraction. The same is true in the line of stop by a stop sign event someone hits your vehicle, that constitutes running a stop sign, or traffic light!!! Know this, ignorance of the law is no excuse regardless of being from Louisiana or not!!!

38 seconds in, told ev going the wrong way, but clip is of truck using side of highway to pass and at 3:29 the car that blows by is not the same car that is pulled over by the cops
