Yeah, maybe try talking to a child psychologist or a neuroscientist specializing in child development before saying stupid shit like this, guys. Children can't think like adults. They are physically and biologically incapable of doing so. That's why we DON'T typically try kids as adults in court. We CAN; however, keep him in a facility for kids like himself; in which, on the day of his eighteenth birthday, he can be tried in court as an adult. 95% of a child's actions are reflections of their upbringing. In other words, MOST of the time, when a child acts like a bumbling moron, it's the parents to blame.

@@RL_ManicFX Respectfully, consequences are LEARNED. They aren't biologically instilled in us. Hence, it's the fault of his PARENTS, not himself. I studied child psychology for 3 years, and have interned with Mayo Clinic and St.Louis Children's Hospital. I've worked with children in far worse conditions, mentally and physically, than you could even imagine. It's why I quit the field. What you call "excuses," I call "statistics." The problem with people like yourself, and those above this comment, is that you lack the ability to see past whats directly in front of you. I have NO idea why this kid decided to steal a car and drive like an idiot. I do; however, know that nearly all cases of similar events are caused by poor home lives( neglect, specifically). Assuming this child isn't 3 standard deviations from the mean for similar cases(0.3% chance), it's safe to say his parents are mediocre at best, and awful at worst. "Serves him right." After turning onto that road, white car was straddling both lanes. Didn't want to get rear ended, so over a bit toward the right lane, but wanted to turn left so was halfway "claiming" the left lane, too. If cammer was in a hurry, he could have curved around white car on the left, so white car was leaving that possibility open. White car didn't want right lane because he might then miss his left turn. Folks, you need to slow down in residential areas and alongside stopped traffic. So many of these clips show someone clearly doing 35 in dense residential or blasting a line of cars that aren't moving. You might have the best tires in the world, but it won't matter if you're going too fast.
@peteandaprilbrandy281923 күн бұрын
0:22 anyone that thinks that they can survive a crash with a heavy semi truck don’t know that they are in a much smaller vehicle than a flipping truck! Don’t brake check them cause they do not have racing brakes and racing tires like you might have, always assume that trucks can’t stop until it’s too late.

7:43 this has to be like the 5th or 6th video where its 110% the cammers fault but they try to blame the other person just for driving. PAY ATTENTION PEOPLE! Dude clearly pulled out in front of you and you had way more than enough time to SLOW TF DOWN and you just kept driving right into him. When someone pulls out in front of you try TAPPING THE BREAKS AND SLOWING DOWN. Give the other idiots on the road some time to get up to speed or to make their turn or be stupid. Treat everyone on the road as an idiot. Its up to YOU to see and stop the accident and adjust to other drivers. Especially when they give you so much time to react and slow down but you just keep driving like they dont exist. Then you call them dumb. I wish people would learn how to drive.

1:30 fool me once shame on me, fool me twice shame on you…. Brake check me 3 times and I might not be able to hit the brakes, insurance claim all you want, if you brake check someone they might not be able to stop in time, and sure if you’re in a van you’re ok, but if they are in a small car they could die, please drive safely and responsibly, you never know if you might nearly harm someone or yourself by accident.

Yeah there was an incident in my neighborhood a few years ago where a woman honked at a car and angered the driver who happened to have a gun. He fired at her car and her 5 year old son in the backseat was shot and killed. It so horrible how these things happen 😕

3:55. Clearly the cammer was at fault for this. They were at a complete stop and tried to make the light when it turned yellow which means you yield to oncoming, not try to race to beat the light. It was also red the moment they started to move as well, which means they ran the red light. I am sure if their insurance still looked at the footage, they would have still considered them at fault.
@mitchk76558 ай бұрын
They were pretty clearly already pulled into the intersection based on the angle they were taking on the turn, and the car they hit also ran the red light. The driver could have handled it better, but the gray sedan was more at fault than they were.

Reminder: if you have a video from a DOT certified camera and your insurance company finds you at fault, you sue their asses for time, court costs, all the damages, and everything else under the fucking sun then find another insurance company, because they're crooks. Dipshit on the phone can be criminally charged in most states, too.

I know mine is not 100% perfect, but maybe 98-99% so good. Direct center of windshield up high. Good view. I always question these off kilter ones done in a far side corner or barely any view. No you put it dead center for full coverage. If you have a rear one, center of back window. I do't get the ones with inside views for back wards facing unless you are an Uber.
@billeldon2 ай бұрын
The people who put these videos together need to start really calling out the a**holes who are submitting them, trying to put fault on other drivers when they themselves are speeding, aggressive, and failing to practice any kind of defensive driving, as exhibited by full throttle acceleration once they manage to miss the collision..
@ynotsammy4 ай бұрын
7:44 is the EXACT moment cammer should have started to slowdown. Calling them a dumbass is an insult to you cuz then what does that make you, cammer? Then the next cammer going 45mph in a 35? Entitled dashcam owners think cuz they have a camera they think they are always in the right when defensive driving is a SKILL. I've been driving for 15yrs now and never once have I had an accident. Defensive driving is a skill.
@eli-bt4he8 ай бұрын
3:35 anyone else call b.s. on the claim that they have been in 9 accidents? If that really is the case, maybe it's time to sell your car and find a different way to get around for yours and everyone else's safety. There is no way, with that many accidents (assuming that the claim is true) that you weren't at fault for most, if not all, of them.
