Idiots In Cars #3

1. Traveling about 35-40 and a vehicle slams on brakes and nearly comes to a complete stop. Realizes they missed the highway entrance and decides to turn left in front of me. Signals come on a second or two but decides to turn in without looking. I was already hovering the front/rear brakes and was able to slow down in time.
2. Vehicle decides to pull a U-Turn without looking.
