"It's not about the car you drive, *it's the way you drive it* " I know this was said ironically here, but it hits hard. This reminded me of the steoreotypes that people make of drivers like "Oh BMW drivers don't use turning lights" "Oh Audi drivers are so arrogant" "Oh Toyota drivers are dumb" and ect.. I was that one who believed in those dumb stereotypes, until one day one of the most kind people I ever found on earth came out of his wonderful Audi RS4 to ask me if I was alright (I was crossing the road and as I tripped I fell down like a potatoe). What surprised me was his care towards me : I wasn't injured nor I was bleeding and got up quickly, so I was seemingly alright. You wouldn't think somebody would ask you if you hurt yourself or not. So yeah that kinda left me surprised as I was also expecting him to say something extremely bad towards me since I believed in those stereotypes. *I know this sounded stupid cause after all there are both good and bad people in the world and all this sounded so obvious, I know, but I felt the need to share this.* Some are braggarts and "cool cars" owners, some are not. The problem isn't the car, but who's inside of it, and most of the time *it's the person inside of it who takes away innocent lives.*

1:50 Bicyclist was in the wrong. Blue car had indicated his turn and was well in front of the bicyclist. Bicyclist was overtaking when the car slowed. It’s the bicyclist who has the responsibility to stay clear of the vehicle he is overtaking. Worked at a district court for three years and saw bicyclists get in accidents and come in to challenge the tickets that they got. They didn’t get much sympathy from the judge. The loudest argument was that bicyclists always have right of way. Notice I didn’t say best. Judge would firmly tell them bicyclists have no more right of way than any other vehicle. Also that they had to obey the same rules as a car. Bicyclists would get very upset at being told they had to obey the same rules as a car.

Wrong, if a vehicle is crossing a traffic lane, they have to give way to any traffic using that lane, indicators do not give the driver priority. You can't accuse the cyclist of overtaking because the car slowed down.

nope, the BMW has to yield to the bicyclist when making a right turn, even when the bike is a bit behind him. The bicyclist has the right of way when going straight. Only if the BMW was well ahead of the bike, not obstructing it, then we could have made that turn District court in which place?

not sure how it's in the USA, but this clip is from Germany and the BMW was wrong because he had cut off the cyclist, the cyclist was absolutely right. cyclist-lanes like these have the same rights like a normal traffic-lane in straight and the cars left from the cyclist must let them pass first before the car can turn right - even if the cyclist is still behind the car. It's the same like you will switch the lane on a highway while you have upcoming traffic behind you which will pass you.
