The mentality of a lot of Chiefs players is negative and that it is because most of these players comes from teams that are used to losing. They don't know the feeling of winning consistently like Sirino and Chiefs development players who comes from a good foundation. The scouting team needs to look for former winners, even if they are old, I believe they will instill the winning mentality on the field of play.

Chiefs is a work in progress. They are coming up very well. The reason abo Mdu and others were substituted, is not to overburdened them. Remember chiefs is not challenging for the league this season. New players needs to gel with the squad and some are coming from injuries. I do expect them to do well in the Nedbank cup though. Building a squad requires time. Junior Khanye is off today in his analysis of Chiefs.
