Hope you are still replying. I just want to know if you can use the BT Air as a controller in the way you would use a regular lighting controller in real time. I see were you can set up combinations and move through the different circles that you create. I am just wondering how much flexability you actually have.

to be more specific, can you set one light to white on our singer and a few more wash lights set to sound activate with maybe a couple more static, and put these on a circle to pick it with the foot switch?

Thanks for the review. May I ask- do you notice a white flash when turning the unit(s) on? The bar in particular? ...which is what I’m experiencing with mine. I’m not sure if it’s a glitch or typical of these lights. Thanks so much for any feedback!

Is there mic sense or something that let the lights sync in beat or with the music just like the 4bars?

Yes the lights can be run independently via sound active mode.

Thank you for a great review. What's the range on Bluetooth? can they be used for larger venues? If they are farther away can I go closer to the light pair them and control them from distance? Thank you.

Chauvet boasts about 150' range but we've had customers claim to get more than that!

Cases? Chauvet has not developed any cases for transport. What are you using?

No it is only RGBA (Red, Green, Blue, Amber)

Hello Angie, You should be able to set the programming on each unit. Make sure to confirm the selection by pressing the enter button on the unit. Thank you!

The footswitch isn't as convenient if I have to reach for my phone to use it. I'd just use my phone that I just picked up to control them at that point.

You only need the phone to be paired. The footswitch is very convenient once you have your scenes set for many scenarios when you're a solo artist.
