I think the best option would be to ditch the LOS and get an S DGN next. LOS just isn't worth his copy, and an S DGN would up DTV stats a ton with the statue buffs.

try using eos's core of origin. she starts buffing everyone after she dies. 10% of all damage dealt.might make a difference in vulcan's performance.

I have looked everywhere and good decent content for TBB, but I’m not if I should make her my 3rd HO or use her as a support tenant. She will mostly be used as a support hero. Just not sure if it will be more beneficial as a support HO or support tenant. Thanks.

Who’s tenant would she be ? Because she’s only tenant to 4 heroes 2 of which are supports. If you already have 2nd home maxed then TBB is a good 3rd homeowner (she would get a lot of HP and speed which would be pretty good).
