The Coil gun is pretty nasty in DRG too, it does massive damage to bosses and instant deletes tougher enemies. The autocannon and coil gun were my loadout for the gunner by dealing with groups with the poison aoe auto cannon and blowing through groups of enemies to delete an elite enemy.

What a strange, yet satisfying run! You absolutely deleted everything, only picked up 3 artifacts and only got to level 53. Mining runs with a scanner like this are definitely the most entertaining and most fun runs!

It's so strange that the coil gun leaves a damaging trail so long after. It's also odd to me that a coil would pass through rock and smack the bugs. Just a weird gun, but I love it!

Pretty sure the "Damage Report" numbers on the end stats screen refer to just the damage over time effect.

Devs show us the real calculating of damage with last update. Now I see how how goldtip bullets work - it's just multiplies all the damage . Yep, I was wrong about +1% damage for each 2 gold. P.S. You asked Rhymes about goldtip bullets on the stream.

If you get enough nitra with pickled nitra you'll start to move backwards ... i.e. w will move you down and s will move you up and you move extremely fast, i wasn't able to extract with this though and i'm not sure exactly how much you have to have for this to happen :)

I think you're reading the damage report in a wrong way. I feels that it is like, if 1 shot does 100 damage, 80 is weapon damage and 20 is kinetic damage. If you pick kinetic damage upgrades, it increases this 20% kinetic part. Consider it like the other elements, if a weapons does fire damage it has damage value and a fire value. Overall, armskore did 71M + probably 20M in kinetic so 91M. That's how I read it at least

on beam weapons, does each new beam add 100% damage or does the total damage get split?

It’s a new 100% but it’s facing another direction. So more aoe damage but isn’t good at targeting a single enemy.
