So collecting 1 at a time (startin bottom left) opens more bonus' and give the next claim more value. Oh, and there may have been some gemshop fert to reach lv 50 land rank in an hour >.>

It says 60+ to unlock but honestly it's 61. Thought 60 would be fine so made sure I had that before the update. Nope, needed 61 so had to use insta grows until I got another crop. Not a huge difference just letting others know.
