I feel the no stamp left behind could be a jade gem that could be added with the ninja tower or a bribe from mr pig. It feels like it should be obtained from world 4 and up for how early and often we get stamps. Tbh its right on par with the pets backlash with doot.

@@GriffyBitMain I definitely think Doot is far worse of a Pay to Win offender than the pack, though. Even if they never add a no stamp left behind, the bonus your account gets from Doot is so insane that my account is automatically behind anyone that does have it. I wouldn't be as salty about Doot if there was a way to convert gems from green to blue, or if there was some way to accumulate green gems for free in the game. I'm glad he added the pity but it's still such a huge bonus that it just feels bad to not have it.

@@thraxus6661 Even the pity is behind a paywall though, as you still can't claim pity doot unless you have green gems. At least with stamps you can still level them yourself, it costs you more time and resources to do so but someone who only relies on the 5 stamp levels per day vs someone who actively works towards improving their stamps, there's a way to narrow the power gap. With doot however, there is no way to narrow the power gap from having to manage your deities across all 10 characters, maintaining lab bonus while also getting double kills and +60(?)% afk bonus per character. It's get lucky or get screwed for a f2p. No way to work harder since deity swapping is also restricted. Doot literally ruined any desire I had to financially support Lava. Because outside of luck of just getting Doot for free, there is zero way to come close to that level of power boost Doot provides without paying. I've played every day/week since companions came out, 46-47 weeks have passed, and I am still unable to catch up to someone else with Doot.

The Easter pack with those egg capsules scored me the dootophone, which, being essentially a solo player, this was a Godsend (Lavasend?), 100 keys later and I was juiced. The phoenix wings pack (multiplicative damage wings from world 6 release) I did score the 3 star multiplicative boss damage card which I promptly 5 starred, but sadly only a 1 star on the other 2 of that bosses cards (40% multikill is pretty good for a single card though!). You are definitely correct in saying that the damage spike is insane, more then doubling damage it helped on rotation to fast track a lot of characters from the mid to late 300's to mid to late 400's in levels.

Also on sacred methods, meals have a hard level cap and bubbles have diminishing returns (and for a later game player, 10 bubble levels every day isn't much because of capped levelling costs), but stamps have no upper limit, and linear scaling. No stamp left behind is just stronger than NBLB or NMLB is.

When i saw the autoloot pack i bought it instantly. I havent seen, just yet, what you rate it but, when i saw it, i knew it was the best of the best. Ove bought packs over my time, even the bottom packs before they had capes. But this was an absolute must. I mostly play mobile due to my job but this has saved me so many seconds that add to minutes and hours that wont lag my phone unless im crystal farming.

And that very last pack made me quit the game after 8000+ hours on steam. Predatory monetization on top of all the active heavy grinds is just way too much, regardless of how good the game is. I just freed myself 3 hours a day, electricity, and I can put my money in games that don't require extra paiements whenever the dev feels like robbing its playerbase (especially with RNG stuff like Doot, which is free for the lucky ones and many hundreds of $ for the unlucky fools)...

Yeah ngl the sacred methods pack feels so unfair i bought it for the sole purpose of the stamp levels but I constantly question if its even remotely fair than we can get +5 on stamps everyday while others struggle needing to get every resource for it. Feels like a big paywall that's forcing you to buy it just to make your life easier in the game really hope they add a no stamp left behind bubble soon but until then i feel guilty till that day comes. If anything it could be a new upgrade I believe for the jade shop it would make a great implementation and make it fair for f2p players. Also love the vids they always help a lot thank you for what you do keep it up

I feel very similar to what you are describing, I feel in any case whether or not I buy it it doesn't feel gratifying and just leaves me feeling icky. Don't get me wrong, I love supporting Lava, but this feels very forced and icky.

When I first saw the Sacred Methods Pack appear I had to pause and wonder if it was real. There was no way a pack was coming out that gave +10 bubbles, +2 meals, +5 stamps for free per day just from logging on. I have been F2P (except for autoloot early on) with almost 1000 hours active play on steam, but with the new no stamp left behind pack I kind of feel obligated to buy it if I ever wanna progess stamps past some point. Hello, fellow F2P player with the exception that I also bought autoloot and the $10 giftmas bundle with the 3 AFK santa hats (over 2 years ago). I've continued to play and enjoyed the game, but I personally refuse to spend any money to support Lava ever since Companions (doot) were released. I believe the game is still worth it to play and honestly provides 'more' playtime if you don't spend money. The grind can suck sometimes, but if you are able to tell yourself "I will not financially support this developer" while still having fun with the game, do it.

Hello! Multiplicative is generally a bigger bonus the further into the game you get, as it takes your existing values and multiplies them by a set percentage. Take a 20% multiplier (1.2x) versus an additive "+120". Early on, the additive will feel like a much bigger boost. I'll provide example numbers: 100 base attack versus 1000 base attack. (base 10 to make the math easier) If you get a 1.2x multiplier, you can use a calculator to see, 100 * 1.2 is only 120, so this increases your stat by only 20. An additive bonus of +120 will turn your 100 into 220, more than doubling the value. Now use 1000, I'll start with additive. 1000 + 120 is 1120, the amount increase is the same, but compared to the initial amount you are receiving much less than "double". Now using the multiplier, 1000 * 1.2 is 1200, and you can see that just by a single power of 10 increase (adding a zero) you immediately receive more value from the multiplier than the additive. Hope that helps, it's as simplified terms as I can explain through the internet, but the bigger your numbers get, the bigger the boost a multiplier will provide, while additive basically stays the same (though a multiplier can also affect additive boosts as well, but I'll leave it at that).

NSLB pack + Character level increase felt like a disgusting 1-2 punch from Lava. Hard for me to recommend the game to new players now. That being said, if you guys want to support Lava financially, buying things on the browser version circumvents the massive cut that Google/Steam take from game purchases.

I understand the backlash people have getting locked behind a paywall. I do. I get it. I'm not saying that it doesn't suck for those that don't want to pay for it. Where I draw that line is when I see people saying that it shouldn't exist, it's too OP, a dev is doing XYZ because he dropped a pack that is too OP, etc. I feel like dev's can't win and there will always be someone that complains. If you are saying that a pack is way too over powered, then what I'm hearing is the price for that pack is justified, or it's even a great deal to purchase it. Yes, I do spend money on this game. No, I don't have Doot. I spend maybe $20 USD every other month which I find to be incredibly cheap in the grand scheme of the entertainment to cost ratio. I could go to a movie once every two months and have 2 hours of entertainment, or I could spend that $20 here and play for 2 months. I feel like my ratio has a better return if I put it in the game.

I'm all for supporting the game and supporting lava, but there is a difference between supporting the game and getting something in return, and feeling obligated to buy something because otherwise you are missing out. And surely there is a large gray area here where some people think something counts towards that and others don't. For me the annoyance comes when there are things that lack F2P alternatives. That is my opinion at least.
