Idler Arm Brace Installation // D22 Navara

The torque settings for this are, for the 3 main bolts to chassis 78-98nm and for the idler arm pivot bolt 54-69nm I hope this helps.

Hey mate, fellow Nav owner too here. Im finding my ute to be a bottomless maintenance pit over the years but compared to other model 4x4s at least with the Nav most things are doable on your own. Have subscribed and loving your vids. Did you notice/feel any improvements when you fitted this? Have contemplated fitting one my self for years. Cheers

Hi again, you shouldn't feel any difference after putting it in, its more of a precautionary thing if you intend to take it off road and have lifted the suspension. I agree, although my nav has been pretty well reliable the brunt of work that could be done to one is pretty straight forward and can almost alwasy be carried out at home, nothing seems too big to fix so far haha!

Im needing to replace my idler arm. i can see 12.7, 13.15, and 13.25mm taper. What one is needed or whats the difference?

I had a similar issue last month. No idea how to tell without pulling it off and measuring it. No parts store or even Nissan were able to direct me. Had to pull it apart and measure it 🙄
