And the most tragic ones is a lot of them has Foul Feeder title that's hy Kumo help them since she felt their pain. She originally wanted to just hide but since she felt sad so help a lot of people then she actually got attached to the village that she eats soo casual she was happy for a moment then the As*hole Duke came to ruin everything.

They played off the line of people as a joke in the anime, but she legitimately healed them all. She healed so many she earned the Hero skill and Miracle Magic. Imagine if free, perfect, instant healthcare just walked into your town, and all they wanted in return was some fruit. Yeah, I'd be going to give my thanks to it every day as well!

She's in constant torment in past few millennia. The "Spider is considered sacred" thing is because she has an adopted daughter who later becomes the Spider Demonlord who wants people to remember the sacrifice of the Goddess. But over the years, humans being humans, they forgot the original story of how the Goddess sacrificed herself to save the world. So, the girl got pissed and allowed her mutation to mutate her into a demon lord. Kumoko would eventually join forces with the demon lord to help her save the goddess.

It used to make so mad starting an episode in the latter half of the anime after waiting a week for a new episode and only getting 10% of kumoko and having to force myself to watch 90% of Shun and his boring ass story.

LOL, if it has a 2nd season, the whole story will focus on Shiro (Kumoko's name after evolve to arachne) and it'll be more interesting story than season 1. If you want to read light novel you can start from vol.6. This anime is adapted from the light novel, not the web novel or manga.

@@orekisan2.086 If you skip the first five novels, you miss out on a lot. The anime does a major disservice to Shun and the other reincarnators. Based on the anime, their side of the story is indeed "boring ass". Not so in the light novel. What's more, you miss out on Komoko stuff. The anime didn't include everything. You'll miss out on a lot of her actions and charming moments if you skip novels.

Favorite beginning is episode 19. The cute sound she makes as a spider & some one out of the blue says the divine spider has to be telling us something important but it turned out she's arguing that she wants to be left alone. Ha!
