Alexa Esme i think it's because wonho went to school earlier?? Like in Astro, since Eunwoo (Mar '97) and Moonbin (Jan '98) went to school together, they consider each other as friends despite the ten months difference (but the fact that Moonbin was born before the lunar new year also plays a role). I also think Wonho being older than Minhyuk and Kihyun by eight months play a role.. idk. Tbh, I'm also just starting to get into mx. Sorry...
