[Episode 4 Hot Challenge: Spicy Dumpling Recipe] ❤‍🔥Ingredients 150g Aged kimchi 200g Minced pork 20g Glass noodles (Soak beforehand) 40g Green onion 80g Tofu 1 Clove of garlic 10g Sugar 20g Fine red pepper powder 30g Soy sauce 15g Buldak sauce 10g Oyster sauce 5g Sesame oil Dumpling wrappers 🧑‍🍳 Recipe 1. Squeeze out water from the tofu using a cheesecloth. 2. Boil the soaked glass noodles for 5 minutes. 3. Finely chop the boiled noodles, green onion, garlic, and aged kimchi. 4. Mix all ingredients and seasonings together thoroughly. 5. Place an appropriate amount of filling in the center of the dumpling wrapper. Wet the edges with water and fold it neatly. 6.
