Did everything as advised in this video but still the printing quality is so poor .. its so light ,not able to see what’s written ..please help

Mine is printing all black !! How do I fix this? The background is totally back can’t see the label at all

@@aleh000 go into the settings. And should be a box to uncheck. I cant remember exactly which one. But you will see its dark, mines been fixed for a while that’s why I can’t remember
