Why is your thermal printer printing sideways shipping labels? It doesnt matter if it is a dymo 4xl, rollo, or zebra. It's most likely not a printer issue, its a document issue and the settings from the platform. Hopefully this will help with your thermal printer troubleshooting.

The new settings no longer allow you to change the print settings once you've purchased the label. You have to void the label and purchase a new label to make print settings changes. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

@@TrentMRobertson No really. You can simulate the need for a new label, make adjusting the size, saving it, and then returning to reprint the old label with the new 4x6 dimensions. This is applicable for eBay purposes. Works for me. ✌

My poshmark labels when printed on 8.5 x11 print in the top center of the page, then when I adjust the settings, it is still trying to print in center of the page so it is 1/2 cut off on the label, any ideas?? Do you have a video for errors with 3rd party labels on the brother 1100nwb while it is printing While I can get the custom sizes and change it on the computer the printer wants to push out the extra 4x6 label. Thus, the auto cut feature won't work.

Hello, just wanted to say thank you, your videos have helped me out so much! I do have a problem though that I was hoping you could help me with. I set up my zebra thermal printer to a chromebook and it was printing labels great the first day, but I went to go print a label the next day and it started spitting out 2 labels instead of 1 and only printing part of the label. I checked all my settings on Ebay and they are all set for the 4×6 label. Any suggestions?

So i am helping out a friend on ebay do he had me as an authorize user. When i print the package slip and package label on my side, the label comes out in portrait ( The correct way). When i print on my friend side, the package slip comes out normal but the package label always comes out in landscape mode. I dont know why its keep doing this. Any help???

I tried using your instructions for my MacBook Pro. The printer driver installed but when going into the default paper sizes, it doesn't list or show a 4" x 6" or 100mm x 110mm format. It just lists US Letter, US Legal, A4, A5, etc. Extremely frustrated as I paid $175 for a Rollo thermal printer and it's basically useless. I've rebooted and reinstalled but still not showing an option to use the Rollo paper sizes.

On my pc, I am trying to change the labels to a 4/6. I don't have a live tag to print. I have all the steps done to where you pick a label in order to change the setting but I don't have the option to print another label so I don't get the option to change the printer. Do you have any other ideas?

I do not have a thermal printer but instead cut sheets of labels down to that size using a paper cutter. I have found using the A6 paper size works well and can be done by manual feed. Thank you so much for saving me hours of figuring out how to set printing in other formats as I expand my business. Maybe someday a thermal printer will be in the budget.

Just bought a Rollo printer. Got it yesterday. Watched the setup video. Had no issues printing out the sample label. Received 2 orders this morning and printed out my label for the 1st label and the sideways thing happened. Freaked out. Searched KZbin. You are the 1st video that popped up. You saved me my friend. Adobe is asking for a premium version before I'm able to do anything.. I have a thermal printer and don't know how set up the images for 4x6. In willing do the less convenient way of editing without a pdf app but need to know how.

For eBay and PayPal my settings/page show differently. Is that because I am using a personal account and not a business account on eBay/Paypal?

what if you use USPS to print labels. i cant find any info on why USPS does not let you have an easy life

It's because USPS is government owned. Can't be easy or efficient.

I would use a service such as pirateship.com. You'll get better rates than USPS website and you'll have 4x6 printing options.
