There is no such difference; most of the time, your vocabulary is already up to the mark. All you need is to refine your grammatical accuracy. If your current level is 6.5, you can easily score a 7.5 with improvements just to your grammar. Nowadays, it is very easy to improve your grammar with ChatGPT. Just make your sentences and put them in the ChatGPT chat box, and ask it to find any mistakes in your sentences. The more you practice, the more you learn. I refined my this answer in the ChatGPT as well.
