I gave a simple answer to this question that I commented 2 months ago and I believe being direct and on point is the key in part 1 !

You overrated her score. Starting from 6:13 that’s two mistakes in a single sentence. I’m pretty sure she didn’t even intend to use Past Perfect and used Present Perfect in the sentence at 6:18 as you changed it in the video. And at 6:31. I’m pretty sure I’m not deaf to hear her saying “have” instead of “had” Man, if that’s band 8, I’m band 10.
