1.The problem of teenager is not to encourage them for reading books other than their course. If they read books new question or different ways of thinking will come in their minds. 2. Today, teenager is not familiar with that how to argue on any topic with others.

He is not familiar with Madarsa system there is alot of teacher for different subjects in ilm deen course and even in Hifz ul Quran class. As far as the concern of the Pay of Maulanas ,we discriminated this. why did we discriminate? We pay high fees to schools, colleges and universities. I don't why this.? As far as concern of their passion to teach the student remains alive except someone else. If we talk about university the permanent faculty members do not come to class( in government as well as in private universities) and if they come to class just talk about irrelevant things. Unfortunately,In most of universities, for fulfilling the academic needs of student they hire visiting faculty.( In madarsa, there is always permanent faculty) If these universities is doing there work well then why we are lacking in every field. Then how can we say university education is better than madarsa. I hope u will not mind and understand my point.

AssalamoAlaikum!! Thanks for listening to my talk and sharing your valuable opinion ❤❤, but I want to clarify somethings related to your reply. 1) you said "He is not familiar with Madarasa system", brother I am familiar and I have seen, I wasn't talking about every Madarasa not having different faculty, and also I wasn't saying that every university is best and has state of art facilities. So you didn't understand my total point but still your opinion is also correct and very valuable. 2) you said "universities don't have permanent faculty" Yes!! Non-permanent faculty often include professionals actively working in their fields. Their involvement brings real-world experience and up-to-date knowledge to students, enriching the learning process in ways permanent academics might not. That's why they prefer non-permanent faculty. 3) you said "in universities they talk about irrelevant things" Brother that's very irrational because it happens every where you can't say that only universities are responsible. But, still university discussions, even those that may seem irrelevant, expose students to a variety of perspectives. These exchanges help develop critical thinking, communication skills, and adaptability, which are crucial in both personal and professional life. 4) you said "If university education is better then why we are lacking in every field" In my opinion, this point of yours is also very very debatable. Advancing in a field doesn't mean you just study from a good university and just go and change the world. If we lack in every field then it's because of many reasons that are very diverse and debatable. But still, as I said that not every university is best so,... Again, I want to express my gratitude to you for listening to my talk and replying ❤❤❤, your opinion is very valuable.
